im just joined the gym and i weigh 129 and am 5'5 i want to tone tone tone and lose some fat!! i stay on the eleptical for 50 minutes monday wednesday and friday. then on tuesday thursday and saturday i do weight training but im not sore AT ALL and so i was thinking to up my weight a bit and do more reps as of right now im doing 1 rep with 12 sets. i think that is WAY to easy!! should i start eating ALOT more protein and fats but less carbs??

No, I don't think that's weird whatsoever. A lot of girls at my school did that lots, and it's perfectly normal! I had a purse, like my Burberry Tote Bag, and I would carry my pencil case, makeup bag, body lotion, dictionary, books, calculator and etc in it. It would be the bag I would carry around all day, but at the end of the day, I would put my binders and textbooks in a shoulder bag, and just put it in my car.

Then he said there was a house party up the street from him that he might go to but he wasnt sure yet. Then I told him if he changed his mind then let me know cause Id like to see him. He never sent a text back so I guess he went out. It was weird cause I just felt like he wasn't really trying to see me all like that yesterday. I like him a lot, but hes kinda shy and laid back with his feelings. We both never said out that we like each other cause we both just start really hanging out and we only knew each other for 2 weeks. I dont want to rush things but I don't know how he feels about me, like if he wants a relationship or just someone to have fun with or what. Hes def not a flirty guy who gets lots of girls, he laid back, always chills with his guy friends and is kinda nerdy and geeky but in a good skater boy way. Tonight is saturday and I really want to see him but seeing as though he wasn't so responsive to yesterday about hanging out I dont want seem like Im coming on too strong. Hardwood flooring issues?

My hardwood floors are prefinished and are in BAD shape. We bought the house brand new and it would not have been my choice to put hardwoods in the kitchen, but they are and have been a huge source of frustration for 4.5 years now. They have a very high sheen/gloss and in the last year have begun to have these marks that look like scuff marks you could just rub away but they will not budge. At first I thought it was the soles of our shoes, but more and more I am beginning to realize the scuffs are from my son playing on the floor with toys. Is there anything I can do to get these scuff marks up. I have tried a tennis ball, mineral spirits, even charcoal lighter fluid (at the recommendation of a hardwood flooring specialist). I would really like to refinish them, but I am sure they cannot be. I am at my wits end and if I had it to do over, I would have never bought a house with so much hardwood. It is just not practical with small children.

If I were you I would not buy a car on credit at all. Save up about 15-20k and buy it out right with cash. Depending on how high your rent is this could be done in under a year. I had blood work done to check on some things. My level is 6.1. I am 25 and the test results do not show a standard range. Is that normal or low or high? We have the hand held Leapster and my kids love it. My 3 year old and 5 year old really enjoy it. They have many cartridges with cool cartoons the kids like such as Dora, Spongebob and Clifford. That first guy is a complete idiot. In my 12 team league Curry is right where he belongs...the FA list. Curry may be the only player in fantasy history who hurts more than helps day in and day out. October 1 is right around the corner so give it a few days and test with one of those early pregnancy tests. If it's negative wait until you miss your period and try again. I had symptoms with all 3 of my pregnancies about a week before my period was due but the early symptoms are so similar to PMS that it's hard to tell the difference. You really need to test. But the going to the bathroom at night was always a big one with me. The food thing didn't happen for me until later in my pregnancies but everyone is different. Good luck!

I believe it spells the wrong message too; the majority of schoolkids these days are saying they want to be a film star, or a pop singer when they leave school! How on earth do they think they are going to achieve it, just walk into it? And yet the culture is accepted as if becoming a celebrity is something that is easy to do. I understand that kids these days need escapism, but they confuse escapism with reality and spend time mimicking cultural morons. The worst thing is, they treat them as heroes - they need to understand that the only heroes are those fighting for their nation in strange places around the world or people that battle terrible illnesses. A lot of celebrities are talented people, but certainly don't deserve to be feted in the way that they are held in almost awe these days.

Trimming granite counter top for new stove?

We have a 29 inch cut out for our current drop in stove. I want to replace it with a standard 30 inch slide in stove. I know I can remove the base and cut the kick plate, but I am afraid the granite cut out is not the right size. How can I remove the green tint from my pool?

This morning we set up our above ground pool. The water was crystal clear. When it was about halfway full, we added the chemicals. We added chlorine pucks, liquid shock and algicide. It immediately turned a green tint. I have been reading that some chemicals can cause a chemical reaction with the metals in your water that causes this. Will this clear away on it's own, or do I have to treat it with something to make it sparkle again. I live in Canada, so products that can be bought here would be great. This is not an algae bloom. I have the same problem! Kinda strange but I couldn't use synthetic brushes, something about them made my skin itchy and blotchy. I use natural hair brushes now and clean the regularly. If you have been using natural hair brushes try using synthetic or vice versa. My other suggestion would be to use q-tips and cottong to apply makeup. I did that before I changed brushes.

I personally like doing 1 stride to a 3 stride. If they get strong on the 3, do half haults. Whatever you think that you and her can do, try it. In a minute or two, a dozen people were on the floor; after five minutes, the dance floor was packed. After that, I spent the rest of the night organizing the organizers. I had the time of my life.

I really love my '02 Saturn Vue, 4 cyl All Wheel Drive. It's the automotive equivalent to a Swiss Army knife! I'm puzzled by something weird though: The 2 center dash vents don't put out equal amounts of air. The penger side is much stronger. They're right next to each other, so I don't think it's the distance from the fan. It's no big deal, but it bugs me to not be able to figure it out. Anyone else have that same experience? I agree with most everybody else, except that no one has looked into your usage. Do you have an electric stove? What about hot water tank? Do you leave your computer on all the time. All of our appliances, minus the gas fired boiler, are electric, so our lone heat source uses all that gas by itself. Why are my monarch caterpillars dying?

I caught 4 monarch caterpillars at home. I brought the entire plant in, kept them in separate jars, and they were happily munching and crunching leaves and growing like crazy. This is not always the case. At the school I went to the boys were pampered since they were the ones playing the sports that gave us recogniction while the girls didn't recieve "strict discipline" we were just put on the back burner. That being said I feel that school now days are getting more carried away with how many rules they can enforce instead of how they can help the children attending. 2008 Scion tc Park, Reverse, Drive lights out and now break light flashes when i go after a complete stop?

I recently hav an issue with the break light flashing for 3 seconds after i press the gas and go from a complete stop. I read somewhere on this website its probably the break fluid is low. I took it for an oil change has them check everything the guy at the service counter at toyota agreed it is probably just low break fluid however when i left when my oil change was done it kept happening... i called them back and he said it could be a short somewhere or something else i would have to pay for a diagnostic and all that before it could really be determined i understand all that however its not the season to be spending hundreds of dollars when i could fix this myself or have my dad help me. Recently the light that lights up park, drive , reverse ETC.. went out it flickered at first it would come on and go off when i went over bumps now its completely out (forgive my spelling) i asked if these two things could be linked to the same thing he said possibly...so my question is what should i check on or try to do myself before i have to spend a ton of money on this issue... could it be a fuse? could it be something else i could fix myself? Can a scion tc be fast enough for me?

Alright. I know this is an odd question but I need to know what I can do before I buy. I love the style of the Scion TC's. But when I drove one the other day it just didn't have that geez this is crazy feeling! It's very close for me but not quite there. Yaz causing mood swings?

I didn't have my period for 6 months and after testing (blood work and ultrasounds) my gyn said it looked like I could have PCOS. To try and regulate my periods she prescribed me Yaz. Today was my first day taking it and I'm wondering if the side effects will regulate after a while or if I should speak up now. I experienced severe mood swings, getting extremely hot (I already have a slightly higher body temperature than normal and get warm easily), nausea, and headaches. It also made my head feel fuzzy and I couldn't concentrate properly. It severly affected my work and as I work in retail I can't have the kind of mood swings I had today. I took some ibuprofen for the headache and it got rid of the headache and slightly reduced the severity of the mood swings, but didn't get rid of them completely. I will keep monitoring (I'm off the next couple days thank god or I wouldn't take them again) but is this something I should be concerned about and call my obgyn?

ok i had my daughter 12/24/07 did the after bleed after i had her but after that would not get a peiord nothin would start my peiord to go back to regular every month but theni got on the iud the mirena one dont know if it is hormonal or not but the i got it removed 1-26-09 got a period i waited to 11 days later to start using the opk so i started on the 5th on the 6th it was positive i use the opk up untill the 11th and they all came out positive but when i took a blood test last week 2-18-09 got my results by next day it came out negative would that even be to soon to tak a blood test i heard from some people that it would im suppose to get my period on the 26th now i kinda have sypothoms of both my back hurts not to much wit nasuea but didnt with my daughter a lil crampy n i think my nipple part aint good at remembering the name of it but i think it is getting darker so idk what does anyone think i could i be pregnant

CPU Temp/ Voltage problem!?!?!?

I have an Asus M2N-SLI Deluxe mother with an AMD LE-1640 2.6Ghz processor, I always run PC probe (checking temps and such) and out of nowhere I went from 89 degrees (CPU) to 50 degrees and my Vcore (voltage) went from 1.32V to about 3.8V!!! (wth?) I didn't touch anything and I was not overclocking, I was on Firefox, open office, and WMP 11...whats going on here?
