How to repair leak in liner in fish pond?

I have emptied my fishpond and found several holes in the liner - The top of the liner is under concrete slabs so cannot replace. Is there any way to repair without having to cover every hole as there are so many. Is there any liners that will go over the top of the damaged liner and fix to the top without having to remove the concrete slabs?
