Did someone save the rainforest?

There are multiple rainforests on multiple contients. No one rain forest has been saved. Parts of some of the rainforests have been made into preserves, parks, or elsewise set aside. However, poaching of logs and animals within even the portions that have been set aside still continues to one degree or another in most. Changes in the environment challange most of nature, farm land, and human populations world wide.
