Should Chris Hanburger be in the Hall of Fame?

He is on the ballot for 2011. I have been a Redskins fan since 1973 and always liked Number 55. He always seemed to be around the ball. He was undersized for that position even in those days at 6 foot 2 218 lbs. He played from 1965-78 and was from North Carolina.
