What is a good place to shop for school clothes if your a little chubby?

I'm not overweight but i am a little chubby :] i haves some fat around my stomach :D I really like wearing black i think it goes well with my hair and eyes. i love hottopic but whatever. lol. please give me fashion tips on how to make me look slimmer even with a fat roll. haha!!
