Help Please I'm Confused By Libra Man ?

Theres this guy I always thought was cute through mutual friends. Recently we hung 3 days in a row straight having fun, making out and talking. He's 20 and I've learned from talking to him that he said he hasn't had a gf since he was 16. I asked why and he said he doesn't want his heart broken or being rejected. We never talked about relationships since that. Thursday night I hung out with him and I was really drunk and was acting a bit silly, we typically kiss goodnight but there was so many people around that we just gave each other hugs goodnight. On my way home I sent him a text saying "Im sad I didn't get to kiss you" and the next morning he said "awww". I didn't know wat to think of that so I changed the subject. Then he asked me if I was doing anything that night, I said well not yet, my friend is having a pool party n you should come. He said he kinda just wanted to chill out n didn't think he was going anywhere. It took him about an hour to respond to that. I thought well okay we did just see each other 3 days in a row making out and talking and being so romantic so maybe I should just chill out to. Then he said there was a house party up the street from him that he might go to but he wasnt sure yet. Then I told him if he changed his mind then let me know cause Id like to see him. He never sent a text back so I guess he went out. It was weird cause I just felt like he wasn't really trying to see me all like that yesterday. I like him a lot, but hes kinda shy and laid back with his feelings. We both never said out that we like each other cause we both just start really hanging out and we only knew each other for 2 weeks. I dont want to rush things but I don't know how he feels about me, like if he wants a relationship or just someone to have fun with or what. Hes def not a flirty guy who gets lots of girls, he laid back, always chills with his guy friends and is kinda nerdy and geeky but in a good skater boy way. Tonight is saturday and I really want to see him but seeing as though he wasn't so responsive to yesterday about hanging out I dont want seem like Im coming on too strong. I just really want to see him. Should I text him today to see what hes up to and try to hang out or should I just wait n see if he texts me first ? For the past week he was all over me texting wanting to hang out and yesterday it was so weird. Hes a libra, idk if that has anything to do with it, but yeh. What should I do ?
