Why isn't the formula for afc (average fixed cost) working for me?!!?!?

afc= fc/q, right? so at output of 8, if the fixed cost is 100, wouldn't the afc be 12.5? it's NOT!! please help me figure out why this could be wrong. i know for a fact q=8, fc=100, and afc=/=12.5.
