What does this text mean?

So this girl that I know who has a crush on me sent me this text - its in spanish so im not sure what it means - "Un dia Dios quiso hacer algo hermoso, perfecto y entro a su taller y te creo a ti, al mirate te tomo en sus manos y dijo en la madre ya la CAGE." So, so far i know the starting means one day God wanted to do something great, perfect and entered ? and created you - thats what i know so far. Im sure it means something about me being an animal or something lol since it has "CAGE" in uppercase!
