Is mastrubation a sin?

Don't let what you hear on TV shows cause you guilt or fear. Masturbation may be wasting potential life, if you are male, but the vast majority of doctors and mental-health professionals determined long ago that masturbation is a very normal and natural part of life for men and women. DO NOT feel shame, guilt, sadness, or fear. Relieve yourself ually when the desire arises. Be a good person and enjoy the very safe act of masturbating. You won't get HIV or AIDS by doing that, or any ually-transmitted disease. You also won't have to go to the bookstore to buy a book called "10,000 Baby Names". I believe ours is a God of Love who will not forgive you for masturbating because it's not a sin to begin with.
