I am so screwed now! help! what am i supposed to do to get my post back?

like while i was posting, my account at the forum apparently was turned off..i was working my azz off on this post...and when i hit the on "post" that damn friggin sign comes up that says "please, log on"...and when i did so- surely my post was gone! is there any way i can get it back somehow?
