Why do law enforcement let doctor's get away with abuse on a two year old?

OK, I really hope you read this before taking the advice of the idiots that claim they dont like kids. Therefore they have no idea of really how wrong this is and how furious you must be. PLEASE contact the American Medical ociation. They have procedures for you to follow to file a FORMAL complaint and he will have to appear in front of the state medical board of which state he is in. Please do this!!! HE CAN HAVE HIS LICENSE PULLED! Then the D A will listen to you!!
