anywhere in the world in our history and right up to present time has there ever been any type of recorded proof of any human having any type of supernatural or mutant like powers. also has our or other governments been able to manipulate humans to have any array of weird wonderful powers like in a secret base somewhere. i know for a fact they were testing mind telepathic stuff way back in the 40's and 50's just like hitler was really into. so anyone know anything else they think is true>?
