ok my dog chester who is a little dog used to have an ear infection after it was gone we likes for us to rub his ears and when i rub them he usually makes this growlin kinda noise but thats cuz it feels good and now he is makin that noise and then it goes into like a whine then back again and he usually barks kinda high pitched and now he is barkiing deeply and then at the end of every bark it goes high he is like 8 years old and he is a mut is there somethin wrong with his throat plz help im worried
