Hi there, I am actually applying for ILR (indefinite leave to remain) this august and also I am planning to apply for my wife as my dependant. Actually she joined me on Mar-2008 and she was outside of uk for 895 days. Can anyone advice is my wife eligible for the ILR dependant category.
